Passes Suzanne Ed and a passport! I'll warn you- my cell phone bill his 1st month in Barbados was $633!!!!!!! He was told all the calls were free if incoming.....His phone bill was $2000!!!! Heck- roundtrip to Barbados and back is only $257- I could have flown down every weekend.... Can't wait to see everyone Sun. I may be a lil sandy- will come straight off the beach ( the tournament) to eat and have to head back down for the awarding of prizes and wrap up party by 2 pm Sun. We need Nancy and Darcie to come join us for lunch- come on ladies! Darcie- bring Steve too! Sheila

I'm very happy for you Sheila!!  May I ask a question?  Dr. Bowman's Nutritionist has me eating a 2 oz meal 3 times a day , with minor snacks in between.  I am about to starve to death.  I am in week six - post LapBand, and my first fill is upcoming, I think.  I do not feel any restriction at all and haven't for weeks.  Will I want less food after my first fill?  How much saline does Dr. B. put in at each fill, or does that totally depend on the individual?  I'm not loosing anything now.    Thanks for any help.     Barbara

Barb, fills vary upon the individual.  I also got hungry as time went on, I had to go almost 8 weeks, this is not an easy fix, you need to really work it.  Be as good as you can with your foods, yes, after the fill you will fill up more easy and stay fuller longer. Sheila........is this the guy who you were kidding about the "little woman using her big knife to fillet a fish", etc. with????  Wow, you've really worked that band since you've posted last.  (check my ticker chick!)  Yes, I'm comming on Sunday.  I've missed ya' while you've been gone.  Might go to Alford's and check out the shrimp size, but the ones' I've been gettin' off Swansboro docks are pretty big too. SUZANNE-  Dont you DARE hook up with another one of those types of men!!!  Geez!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone wanna' ride, let me know, but I do plan on stopping by Kohl's on either the way down or back.  Who all is bringing their sig. other???????? Noodle- you have a great memory! Yes, Tim was the guy afraid of me and my sharp filet knife ( and he still is! LOL! guess it goes back to my surgical days- I like sharp tools to do the job right....he has even borrowed my knife.....)We are having great fun together. We both slipped out of work early today to try to fish.....made it about 2 miles out on the beach ( by 4wheel drive) and he blew a radiator! BIG, nasty, gapping hole- true measure of a man? How he responds during adversity.....he was awesome. So, no fish today, but  we will fish all weekend- the tournament starts at 12 midnight on Fri- ya'll wish me luck- $1000 for biggest fish each catergory, then $500 and $250 prizes and a lady anglers contest and a tournament within the tourney for Red Drum...... Alford's large shrimp have been running $4.99-5.99/lb. I mentioned to them that they may have some extra sales on Sun. They also sell all fish- fresh grouper/tuna/snapper, etc.... and scallops and oysters. See everyone on Sunday! It's great to be back! Sheila

Nancy, I wish I could bring Buddy but we have a good pet sitter staying with my fur children. I go through horrible mommie withdrawl when I am away from my kids. I will have pictures LOL How is Cody doing?                                    Annie
