I agree with the others that you should get a professional opinion.  I will say that had actually had a period about a month post op, and I've been going thru menopause for more than a year.  Hadn't had any flow in more than seven months.  Seems it was just the excess estrogen released by the fat.  But, don't count on that being your issue. It may be, but I sure would get a pro involved to make sure it's not something else.
