Iron
Tonight during my trip to town for clothes, I stopped and got liquid Iron. Talk about nasty tasting stuff even with a surrenge. My blood work last month they say was good/normal. Though I did have my sugar checked and it was low..64. My eye sight has gotten worse sometimes really fuzzy or try, I stay cold alot and get muddle headed. Of course I have thought for years I would be an early alztimer(SP) patient. I could sleep my life away even still. I have waited for that burst of energy alot of you have gotten. The next 4 pound lost will put me at 100 pounds down since I first went to the orientation meeting at ECU last November, my first weigh in. You'd think I'd be a little more awake or want to be. Is any one on liquid Iron and did you notice a difference? How long did it take? It has got to be nastiest tasty stuff. My stomach doesn't like the feel of it. My directions say 1 teaspoon with a meal.
Beginning weight: 284
Surgery weight: 251

Please be really careful with the iron. While we all need a certain amount of iron, too much is toxic. Since your labs came back showing your iron at normal levels, it's really important to check with your Dr or Nut to see if it's okay to supplement with iron. (My father died of complications of iron overload.)
Take care,
