Thursday Oct 25 - Meet Chef Dave....

He will be coming to speak and demonstrate cooking from his book. He is a bariatric chef and from what I have heard about him very good at what he does. This is free so please join in the fun thursday night. Cornwell Center  2001 Selwyn Ave Starts @ 6:30 Hosted by Southeast Bariatrics He will have his book there for sell as well. Hope to see you there...I will be there. (I am bringing my whole family so bring friends and family)

Of course, Charlotte is too far to go to attend. Do you know the name of his cookbook so I can look online for it? Is it available online or do you know? Lisa

I have seen his book on the Colleen cook website Barisaver I think is it. I will find out for sure Thursday and I will probably buy it any and then post it here. :) Sorry it's in Charlotte I did forget to post that. Wi**** was closer......
