Great discussion w/Dietician re: Calcium and Vit D
As many of you know I posted a link earlier this week to a discussion about crumbling teeth and it's possible association with lack of vitamin supplement intake.
I check back on that nutrition board this morning and came across an excellent, thoughtful, and detailed discussion of this issue with a registered dietician. While the previous post has made me more vigilent than ever about taking my supplements, this post also makes me certain that I will follow the guidelines set by my program and I will not over supplement.
From personal experience, I know that over supplementation can have very dangerous consequences ...
