Me too Barb, I love cheesecake! Sounds yummy! I made a Pumpkin pie already, I bought the canned pumpkin, the one without all the spices added (and sugar too), and I used splenda in place of the sugar it called for. It turned out good, esp. with a spoon of the light cool whip on it. I guess I should have used the sf, but a girl's gotta' live! Nancy
