Deb, Welcome home and welcome to the losers bench. What I learned very fast after WLS was we have to relearn old habits that we have had for years. I get so excited when it comes to meal time that I have to remember to slow down if I do not my pouch lets me know. My excitment is very short lived meaning when it comes to eatting it only takes a few bites then it is over. At the same time I love the fact I do not get hungrey and worry about food all the time. Now I know I can make good choices and what I choose will fill me up.                                             Annie
