Surgery was a success - I'm home!
Deb -
I'm so glad to hear that you are doing so very well. Congratulations on getting in your fluids. Just keep working on the protien, it just takes time and patience.
Welcome to the losing side of life!

Deb,
Welcome home and welcome to the losers bench.
What I learned very fast after WLS was we have to relearn old habits that we have had for years.
I get so excited when it comes to meal time that I have to remember to slow down if I do not my pouch lets me know.
My excitment is very short lived meaning when it comes to eatting it only takes a few bites then it is over.
At the same time I love the fact I do not get hungrey and worry about food all the time.
Now I know I can make good choices and what I choose will fill me up.
