I guess I'm a D.A.

I've spent two hours trying to resize my avatar for this site. It shows up fuzzy under user settings but my old one still posts. Can someone tell me what the trick to this is? I have tried 3 different photo editors trying to keep it to 100 pixels and 20,000 bytes.  Any help will be appreciated and keep me from going nuts, lol. Jennifer
