Goodmorning NC, I had a nice wow this morning. Before I get to that I wanted to share about my new and improved energy level. Saturday I got up at 6:30 to clean my house because I thought a housekeeper was coming she did not show up but I cleaned my house myself. Then met Diane for lunch which was so much fun. I worked yesterday and yes I was tired afterwards but not to the point I could do no more. This morning I got up early felt rested and enjoyed the hot tub with lee and a early morning cup of coffee. So as I was dressing I found out I was able to tie my shoes from a sitting position without struggling. I noticed yesterday my chefs jacket size 2x is gettin loose.                                                            Annie

Candice, I had Lee take a picture of me last week right after gettong home from the NUT I was just told I had lost 31lbs ok thats great but the picture looks fatter to me. I just had lunch with some friends I had not seen since my surgery they all said I looked great. I feel wonderful my heart is full of joy but oh my when it comes to pictures I see something else. I will work on some pics till I see one I like. pictures and I have a hard time mixing. BTW I ate at The new Carolina Brewery near Lowes in Pittsboro it was good I got a cup of Black Bean soup and a small spinach salad.I made sure not to fill up on the salad but filled up on the black beans. My friends ordered a spoon pudding and all sat there eatting it. Did not bother me too much just because I do not want to dump have been there done it and do not like it.

Annie, I can relate to the picture situation.  Be confident in knowing that you are doing so well and getting healthier and healthier by the day.  The last time I was in Pittsboro I saw the new Brewery and was really excited. I had eaten at other Carolina Brewery's so I was a fan, but wasnt sure about the WLS friendly options.  Sounds like you did really well there.  I love the spinach salads too!  I will let you know when I plan on coming down there again and we can meet up for lunch!
