I'm sorry you're having such a hard time.  I had a thought, it happens occasionally... We all know to watch our sugar intake, that makes us dump, but so does sugar alcohol.  I would check the labels and see how much if any is in these things.  I can do some, but not too much.  I have run into others that can't tolerate it at all.  A lot of the protein supplements use it as a sweetener.  Worth looking at anyway. I like the Oh Yeah protein bars.  They don't have much sugar alcohol in them and I tolerate them well.  I can do the bullets too, but I don't do them every day.  I do try to get the bulk of it from regular food.  I can't believe that your doctor has you on soft foods for so long.  I don't remember, did you have some complications?  Otherwise, what's the point?  When I did soft foods, I stuck to cottage cheese, tuna, soft cheeses, and eggs.  Two weeks was plenty of that! I hope things start getting better soon. Take care. Ellen

Own it all, it's yours!

Thank you so much.  (((Hugs))) No I had no complications.  I at my soft foods for 3 weeks and then I started eating small portions of regular foods just chewing, chewing, chewing.........  I still eat my soft food though more than anything.  But thank you.

I hate soy protein.  It is too thick for me.  I mostly use soy milk with my whey protein, and it still bothers me.  But thank you.  Girl I'm liking your new profile picture.  Look at you.... you are getting slim.  You go girl.......
