Hi Sheila! As you have probably seen by now, Sarah has resurfaced!  Sure was great to hear from her!

I had been wondering if she was able to get the surgery approved and how she was doing too. I'm glad to hear that she is well and on her way to a healtier life. Like you, I wish her only the best.
