Thanks so much Shazanne...I'm doing well...I can't complain...the weight loss is slower (being a band) but the scale keeps going down....that is good. Life is busy, but all is well. How are you? I like the new avatar pic.....you are loking great! ~Sarah~

So good to hear from you. I just got back from TX, so I've been off the board for a while. I'm glad to hear you are well and hope that I'll see you at one of the get togethers soon.
