Obesity and sight
For any lurkers that are thinking of WLS I would say go for it and dont look back.
I almost lost my sight because of my type 2 diabetes which came about because of my obesity.
Stop fooling yourself that this cant happen to you it can and in most cases it will.
Since my wls I am no longer on any diabetes medication and my blood suger levels are well within a normal range every morning.
I thank God for my surgeon and also thank him for giving me the courage to have wls and to keep at the insurance company and the pre op test till I got what I needed for my health and future.
