NEW TO THIS FORUM

I just wanted to say Hi and introduce myself.  I am from Spring Hope NC--Nash County and teach Art in a local middle school.   I had my surgery 7/26/07 and have lost 50 pounds so far.  I feel great and look forward to getting to know others on the NC forum. 

You had surgery 10 days after me!!  :)  Just wanted to say welcome..  I also teach (high school, business).   Make yourself at home here.  There are some really great folks that hang out around here!!!

My ex-inlaws are from Wadesboro--Did you know Avery Hightower the attorney.  He was my ex-father-in-law.  Love Anson County!

I knew of Avery Hightower.. didn't he get killed in a car accident a few years back?   I am not a Wadesboro native, but I am quite fond of it too.  It is a pretty little town!

Welcome to the NC forum!  I'm glad you've found us.  I'll post about the Greenville get together as soon as I have a chance to arrange it.  My life has been a little crazy right lately. Take care. Ellen
