I GOT A DATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Ladies!!! I got my surgery date this morning-- Thursday, October 11, 2007! I was able to get in sooner than I had thought because Dr. M will be in on Thursday and Friday of next week! We originally thought he was out all week. The scheduler said she actually could do it THIS COMING Friday, but as you guys suggested and as the Bariatric nurse said, it will be better to make sure Dr. M is in town in case complications arise. I am STUNNED-- I am happy- nervous-- scared-- EVERYTHING! I'm having surgery in a little over a WEEK! AHHHHHH!!!! I've lost a total of 9 pounds and he said that was "good". Ofcourse losing more would help, but both he and the nurse seemed "ok" with that loss. I even asked if I should go on a liquid diet between now and the surgery and they said no, just keep up the high protein, low carb and I should be fine. It's happening ladies-- I can't believe it!!! Like others have said-- MOVE OVER, Loser's bench HERE I COME! :)
