Help! (xpost from insurance board)

I need to write a letter to my insurance company explaining why i have a gap in my 5 year weight history (lack of insurance). Anyone else had to do this? Any suggestions? I don't even know how to start.

Connie gave me some suggestions on what to include, and said just write it in plain english and not to stress, so I sent her what I thought was ok. Hopefully she will 'preview' it for me. It's funny Reenie - after two weeks of "we haven't received anything" suddenly after I track stuff down today they "got it!"...

I'm waiting on one more record, the hospital in wilmington apparently has to go dig in the basement for records from 1999, so I can show lots of history (despite the missing years). They said it will take a day or so. Cross some fingers for me :)
