Suzanne, I fixed some red snapper tonight and it was wonderful but I get so darn excited when it comes to eatting my pouch fills up so quick or I am misrable waiting for the food to move on through. Still working on slowing down. I told my NUT today that I get so excited about eatting that when I actually sit down to eat the pleasure is short lived by just a few bites. I guess my head is remembering a time when I could have more than a few bites and savoring the many bites I used to take. Food and eatting has always been a pleasurable experince and I love creating new and exciting foods and then sitting back and enjoying the creation.                                      Annie

OH I can identify with everything you just said!  From feeling stuffed and disappointed that I am (in a way) to the creative expression that cooking provides!  When I was a little girl, the adults would say of a child who left a lot on his/her plate:  "The eyes were bigger than the stomach."  My eyes are definitely bigger than my stomach nowadays!  But I am grateful for that as I need to learn new eating habits and correct portion sizes. Have a wonderful evening~!
