Thanks Barb... I know we are harder on ourselves than others are..  I suppose that is typical though because we have lived our lives as "fat girls" who were always self conscious about SOMETHING.  I look in the mirror some days and think.. "hmmm that fat girl is not there anymore"  and then there are days when I see her again.  The head part of this is much harder than the physical part.   Thanks for your comments.  :)  Hopefully my arms will catch up soon.  LOL
