Called Duke today...

...and they told me that I am out of dictation (finally) and will be in Med/Surg review for about a week.  They said I should be submitted to insurance sometime next week which shouldn't take long since I have BCBS.  I'm really excited!  Next week will hopefully be great because of this and because I will hear the result from my  Physician Assistant National Certifying Exam which I am taking on Friday (Only 3 days left to study...ahh!)  Anyway, I'm really glad I called.  It really boosted my happiness for the day!

Yea Ashley!!!  Beth at Duke told me that BCBS takes no time to get an approval.   WOW!!  So exciting!!  She told me yesterday that she was booking people as of this week into November.  So, I bet you will have a surgery date before you can even blink an eye!! CONGRATULATIONS!! Caroline
