Oh you poor thing!  Try getting some unflavored protein and adding that to your broth?  Or strain some of the different kids of soups and just drinking the broth for a different flavor?  Sometimes I think having been NPO for 3 weeks was easier!

Taryn, Don't forget applesauce and cream of wheat or cream of rice!  Wish I could make this easier for you!  And yes, you could add some yogurt to those masked potatoes, just make sure they are not lumpy! Have a great day!

I know it's hard, but remember, it's only for a very short time ... in the scheme of things. Hang in there ... It will be soooo worth it!

In the very early stages you are still feeling residual hunger from "before" eating habits.  My doctor told me that early on we often mistake thirst for hunger.  Try drinking and waiting 20 minutes and see if that hunger doesn't go away.  You're doing a fantastic job with this.  I'm really proud of you! Blessings, Diane

Thank you all so much... I know this too shall pass... I just have to go through the valley to get to the sea.. KWIM? And today seems to be starting off on a good foot.. Got up had some SF Swiss Miss Cocoa made with Silk Soy Vanilla Milk.. and now I'm about to have some soup and later after that some water.. and then WALK WALK WALK!!! I'm beating myself up a little.. And this is a tool it's not going to do all the work for me.. I just need to buckle down and get my mind back focused... Thanks everyone and blessings to you all
