1st day at the gym
Friday was my first day at the gym in over three years. I was actually excited about goin back. My husband added me onto his membership and we went together. We plan on goin together everday. :) He's bein really supportive. I got there and jumped on the exercising bike...it was a lot more work than I thought it was gonna be. I did 15 mins on it though. After that, I went to see about the jacuzzi :) but it was bein cleaned...how can you clean a jacuzzi on everyone's day off of work??? Anyways, I went back up and did 20 mins on the treadmill, then jumped in the pool. It was great. I was SOOO suprised that I did all that I did. Of course, later on I was hurtin cuz I overdid it, but I'm feelin purty good now. I plan on doin somethin at the gym everyday. :) Just thought I'd share with ya'll. :) Shelly

Congratulations! I hope you are patting yourself on the back.
Next time you go exercise, be sure to take about 10 minutes to stretch. It honestly makes all the difference in the world and I'll bet you won't be nearly as sore afterwords.
