something I hadn't felt for a very long time!  My rib cage sticking out!  Wow! Life is so good. Good morning North Carolina.  Time to rise and shine ... 5:30 a.m.  What is it with the post time here??? Way off.  We do not live in California! My hair dresser told me the best coffee ever is at Sheetz.  So I stopped yesterday on my way to work and it was fantastic!  Wow Love my coffee!  Have a blessed day all! Diane

Congratulations!  I heard a rumor that we actually have ribs under there, I can't wait to see if that's true for me. Take care. Ellen

Hmmmm... your post made me remember my first real attempt at Weight Loss way back in the mid-70s when I joined Weigh****chers and lost ALL my excess weight (only to have twice the weight come back, of course!).  I remember being absolutely mesmerized by the sight of the bones on my chest above my breasts, the ones that come off your shoulders, I guess the upper pat of my ribcage.  I thought they were beautiful!  I wonder if they are still there? Diane, I sure would like to know more about your journey.  Do you have a profile available or is it there, but by invitation only?  Your name is in black ink which does not permit me to link to a profile. Hope you enjoyed that coffee.  Ask them if they are interested in opening a shop in Pender County!  LOL

What a exciting find a rib cage. As for Sheetz I want to go check it out too where is it? Last night or should I say early morning I got up and made myself a cup of French vanilla SF of course but still very good just what I needed to go back to sleep.                                 Annie
