Dr. Visit yesterday
Went to Dr. B yesterday and he said I need a fill, so that's into BCBS for approval. Thank God!. I hope I can do it next week. My nut. Ruth, whom I love, said I am being too hard on myself, and I am ahead of most banders with my loss. Was this for my benefit? I sure don't feel like I'm ahead of the game. Anyway, everything went ok, today is nap day, thinking about driving up to see Darc and Linda this afternoon, will have to see how things go. Oh, unrelated news, I adopted a mini-Dachshund on the way back. He is soo cute, but had to get on him about My bed is My bed, lol. His name is Cody and glad to say, he has a MUCH better home than he had before. A woman "rescued him" and really couldn't take him permantly, but it was one of those things where she just could not leave him in the previous home one day longer, so it worked out all around. Have a great day ya'll and love you guys!
Changed my ticker!!

Nanc -
Your weight loss is fantastic! You are being hard on yourself. Somehow, I think that must be part of our makeup.
Great to hear that you are doing so well.
When you get a chance, do me a favor and take a photo of your newest addition. I'd love to "meet" him. He is blessed to have you come into his life and I'm sure the blessing will be returned.
If you get the chance to go see Darcie and Linda, please give me my love and a hug.
Take care,
Barb

That's great news, Noodle!
And I LOVE mini-Dachshunds! I will probably choose them if I ever decide to get back into breeding dogs!
How far a trip is Greenville for you? Want a companion if you have to swing by in this general direction?
Congrats on the weight loss. I am sure you will be in Onederland for the beach trip!
Nancy,
Wonderful news on adopting Cody!!
There are so many rescue cases for all breeds it is heart sicking to me.
My first rescue was a english bull named Hamlet.
Hamlet had been crated for 13 hours a day and then was given to rescue Hamlet was 13 years old when we got him.
from your ticker it looks like you are halfway to goal that is great.

Hey Nancy,
You are doing fantastic!! You and Barb should get together one day while you are beating yourself up. I bet you'd end up in one hoot of a good laugh! Now that would be interesting to watch. Congratulations on your new pup. I love my Larry. He is 4 months old and hilarious.
Take care!
