I cant remember the last time I slept all night without having to go to the bathroom at least a couple of times during the night. Last night we went to bed around 10 and I did not get up till 7:30 this morning OMG this is so great. Also I have been creative with some SF pudding and my whey protien powder. I take a small box of pudding any kind is good. I put in 1 scoop of EAS whey protien powder and fat free milk mix it up and divide it into small serving containers. I usally have one of the containers for breakfast which fills me right up and stays with me for a few hours. I have found I dont even taste the protien powder and I use the vanilla kind which you can use with any flavor. Sometimes I will add cottage cheese to the cheesecake flavor and that is good too.                                                  Annie

I wake up thirsty a lot (from my sleeping pill) and I drink a lot of crystal lite during the night so thats why Im up doing the bathroom run Thanks for sharing your ideas for the pudding!!! I am a huge pudding eater and I love your idea!! thanks for sharing.

Hi Darcie, Glad you are getting into the habit of drinking your fluids. My average seems to be 48 but always working on 64. I used to get up every hour on the hour it was horrible. Since I started with my pappy the getting up all the time was so much better. Just to sleep alll night that is a wow moment for me. Hope you are having a good day the weather is wonderful. You are going to do great. We will be all waiting to hear how you are so know you are not alone you will be in our hearts and thoughts.                                   Annie

Barb, I ment to give it to you last week but I must of got side tracked. This afternoon I made a hot crab dip. I had 3 tablespoons with crackers and I am totally stuffed. 16oz lump crabmeat  2 cups 2% cheese  2 teaspoons wishdershire sauce (Cant Spell)  1 cup light mayo mix all the ingridents up and place in a oven proof baking dish bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes until brown and bubbly on top I am going to divide up the dip in small containers and freeze them.                                            Annie
