Thanks, Nancy.  Dr. Bauman did my surgery as well.  I'm glad you mentioned how long it might  last.  I'll buy some Gas X chewables.

Hi Nancy.  I have one other question, since you are a patient of Dr. Bowman's, as I am.  I am into my 6th week, post surgery for LapBand, and I am to eat 2oz. every 3 hours.  Needless to say, I am starving.  I drink lots of water inbetween the 3 meals and a minor snack, but I am so hungry I could eat my leg.  Did you experience this same hunger, or is it just me?  Also, when did you have your first fill, how much did he put in, and did this produce a constriction which helped your hunger?    Any info you can share will be greatly appreciated!!!    Barbara

((((Barbara)))) Congratulations on your surgery!!!   I was told walking was the best cure for gas.  I didn't have much of a problem, so I can't say that it worked for me.  How are you feeling otherwise? Blessings, Dianef

Thanks for the info, Diane.  I walked 3 times today.  I have had no other problems other than the gas.     Barbara
