moving forward
My clothes are in the dryer and I will be getting ready to put them on soon and go back to Curves this morning.
It seems it is always hard to take that first step to go back to working out but now I can do it.
My mom is driving me crazy but telling me I have to rest.
I have rested enough!
Monday my doctor told me I can be more active once I can see and told me the clot is not going to move from the filter.
Barbara helped calmed my fears about that too.
I even looked in the mirror before getting in the shower this morning something I avoid alot.
It looks to me like my waiste is getting smaller.
Good things are happing with my body since wls.
I only have to wear one pad during the day now because my stress incontince is doing soo much better.
Just to buy 52 pads and have them last over a month is a great thing.
Some obese people may not talk about this but I will so others know they are not alone in this fight.
Annie
Yep Annie!
Your waist is getting smaller! When you go to Curves have them take measurements for you. You'll be noticing some amazing changes in the months to come.
I also used to experience stress incontenance. As I'm sure anyone who has experienced it know, it can be humiliating. I'm delighted to report that I no longer experience that as an issue ... I guess it's another little wow that I just hadn't thought of.
Congratulations on going to the gym!
