Thank you all my OH friends for the B-Day greeting.  It made my day special. George did take me out to dinner and bought me a Chocolate on Chocoate cake. I took it all in, because I know what will be in the coming months. (I did feel guilty with ever bite.)  Thinking of everyone that has had the WLS. Each bite was for you. Did you taste it?

Oh yeah I tasted it!!! And I didn't have a bit of guilt. You shouldn't either. NO MORE GUILT! Join the guilt free club. We do our best every day and try to do better the next day. It's all good!
