Patience ... a virtue I need to cultivate
Diane- love your quote about patience- puts a nice spin on it. Jenn- also loved your quote!
Barb- you and I are cut from the same fabric- I think we both think and feel this.....I SOOO wish I would quit weighing myself daily, but it's been very difficult not to ( at least I no longer weigh myself 2-3 times a day- pretty sick and warped, ey???....I'll take the lil baby steps to change where and when I can). With each stall that I have had, I will start the building frustartion and then BAM- the scale sputters and gives up a few lbs. Luckily- at this point, I KNOW- this is not the end of the wt loss and I KNOW I am and will continue to make the necessary changes for improved health.....
I solidliy believe in this journey and this tool of WLS. For me- the stalls are now more bearable and even, more predictable at 6 months post op. Girl- hang in there- it will come and your spirits will be lifted! It will be so nice when our mood for the day is longer attached to the number on the scale in the morning! Maybe Jen is right- then what will we do????
I vote for SHOP for smaller clothes!!!
Love ya girl- you are doing great- keep that chin up!!!!

Sheila -
Told you that we're kindred spirits! ;-) Looking forward to going clothes shopping!
Thanks so much for the pep talk. I'd say that I appreciate it more than you know, but I know you know!
Love you too!
