Onederland for Real?
I hate to post it since for the last few days my scale can't decide. Yesterday I went to Doc Pender at ECU for my 3 month check up and their scale had me at 200.03. I just new that. My scale said 199 but has fluctuated the last few days. This morning it said 198! Maybe I am truely here. I know they say I am on target and past halfway of what this surgery says we should loss with RNY (70% of your fat). My doctor does not set a final goal though he says I should end up around 140 or 135 if I would start exerciseing again. I stopped walking, it got so hot and mom is here since Labor day visiting. Walking Belks department racks for 4 straight days didn't count even if I did come home with size 14 pants! Protein is still hard, though blue crab claws go down like Ice cream, one of the few things that sit well with me. I don't throw up I just get that sick feelinging or discomfort with most foods other than soft things. I did walk today on the waterfront today and will continue to and will make an effort to really get in my fluids and find a way to get the protein too. Of course if it rains like it did Sunday in our yard, over 15 inches in the horses feed bucket, I may just swim laps! Maybe it will help with uping the weight lossI just hope this wonderland is for Real!
Beginning weight: 284
Surgery weight: 251
Current weight: 149
Congratulations on your entry into ONDERLAND!
I know it's frustrating when that number sort of fluctuates for a while, but it's for real!
Keep up the good work.

P.S. With this cooler weather, those walks should come easier.
