WOo congrats! I called for an appt with Doc Bauman's office because my current surgeon is hedging about doing the particular surgery I want. I had to leave a message though and no one called me back :(

Go to www.carolinaweightlosssurgery.com and fill out the patient information form. Once that has been submitted to them they will respond with an email about making an appt. Getting an appt takes a while because they are good, but from what I hear from everyone they are the best.

It is not a problem. Everyone here has been super helpful to me so now if I can pay that back some then great. Thanks for the props on my ink. I am a career Paramedic and volunteer firefighter, hence the flames and star of life.

That's awesome, does it take alot of training to do? I can't imagine being in that kind of situation on a daily basis. I guess weightloss will help you alot on your job as well. BTW I see you're having issues with that ticker - I did too until some very helpful person told me - don't copy the code for it, copy the picture itself and paste it into your user settings.

Yeah, it can be a stressful job. It can also be very rewarding at times as well. Losing some weight will be great for me at work too.  I have been having some ticker trouble. I read on tickerfactory about doing the pic instead of the code, Does it still count down doing it that way?

Whenever you update it you'll have to repaste I believe. I haven't changed mine yet. I'll tell ya one of my horror stories - My stepfather was extremely obese, a crack addict (ugh) diabetic and a a--h-le anyways, when he had a heart attack (sittin on the toilet like Elvis - gotta love the irony) the poor rescue squad had a horrible time getting him to the ambulance because of his size. It was January and icey out and they had to carry him down 6 flights of stairs, through the balcony because of the bigger doors. I see that in my mind every now and then, it haunts me, something I never want to happen to me. He didn't make it, but I believe he was gone before they even got there - course that didn't stop them from almost killing themselves getting him out of there.

We find more than you would think sitting on the pot. Vaso-vagal syndrome is a witch.  I thought about having to update it after I posted it. I can see that for the weight loss or BMI but i have seen time tickers that count down. That would be if you used the code though i guess.
