4 Weeks Out

Hi Diane -
First of all, congratulations on getting through the first month. That was the hardest part for me. Secondly, 30 lbs is incredible! I think I'd only lost about 20 when I was 3.5 weeks out, so 30 is just great!
I think it just might take a while before the sensations return. Enjoy the lack of sensation while it lasts and keep measuring. Eventually you will feel hungry and full.
I can eat about 4 ounces ... sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more. The times that I notice that I've comfortably eaten more would be when I have a small chili from Wendy's ... If it's really "soupy" I can eat the whole thing ... If it's more like a standard chili consistency, then I can only eat about half.
Congratulations again. Keep up the good work!
