Well I waited till 10am waiting for the nurse to call. So I took charge and called myself left voice mail and then waited some more called again at 1:30 and got the nurse. The first available time for eye surgery is October 11th. OMG I am not sure if I can stand being homebound like this until then. I do have a perscription for y right eye and I am going to loo into gtting a contact for my right eye. If I had one good eye I could them be more mobile at least I could go see my mom and return to Curves and go to the store. I am looking into going to another surgeon who could do the surgery sooner. I keep telling myself this too will pass and it will be just a memory. Annie

Hang in there Annie. While you are looking for another MD, ask to be put on the cancellation list for anything before Oct 11th. Maybe that will help. Don't be shy about asking for the same help you would offer.

Annie, I sure hope you get some relief soon. You so deserve a break cause I know you've been working quite hard to get healthy here. Yes, hopefully this will all be a memory soon.

Annie, I know this is frustrating for you! I am working 13 hr shifts and wish I could be housebound, but only for a day or 2!!! Please know I am praying for healing of your eyes. By Thanksgiving, when I am in Connecticut freezing my (little) tooshy, this will all be a memory and you will be good as new! Blessings, Dianef
