What moves you today?
I hate to exercise, but I had being fat even more. I'm looking for ways to get moving. Here's some of what I've been doing. I'd love to hear what you've been doing.
Walking outside
Walking on the treadmill
Dancing to a DVD
Curves
I wear a pedometer every day to track my steps. I found out that I walked a mile at Target... idn't know that Target could be a good place for exercise! LOL.

2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

I've been thinking about trying a bike again. I must have come in at the end of the line when God was giving out "balance" ... The last time I tried to ride I was about 60 lbs heavier and nearly killed myself ... LOL
It might be time to try again.

Hi Barb! I hate exercise too. But we have a new Health Coordinator at work. She has started a wellness program. We all have pedometers. It is fun to see who gets the most steps per week. I do the tred mill too. I hate that thing so much. I love to dance. I want to try a yoga dvd. I did tabo some. It is hard, but works.
