A big WOW moment

Saw my NUT this morning it was a good and very informative visit.

I have lost 20lbs in three weeks.

I got very emotinal after getting on the scales but I got it together after that and explained to lee and my nut when you have fought the weight battle as much as I have any loss is a wonderful feeling.

Now to get my eyes fixed and get back to Cuves is my next goal to get too.

I will make this wls work and I am determined to do it.

I asked to meet with my nut every month.

So maybe next month I will be in the 200's.
