Moving around

Got my staples out and drain out today.Foot feels better and now able to get around house.Had surgery on the 13 th and lost 26 pounds since then.Lost 69 pounds in 6 weeks and starting to sit on the big loser bench.

Wow John!!  You've lost the equivilant to a third grader!!!  WOWWW!!  I bet you are doing the happy dance now the drain and staples are gone!!  Save a spot for me on that BIG loosers bench!!  You Rock!!! Nancy
