I wonder is it just me or does this just happen......   I haven't felt full off these liquids not once since my surgery.  Has anyone else felt that way?  It kinda worries me a little.  I don't want to u**** but I am never full.  Nor am I ever hungry.

It does just happen ... remember that there are nerves that have been cut. It worried me too, but as you heal you will "feel" full.

Girl.. you know beter than that!!  LOL I have been crazy today and last night getting ready for Taylor's second birthday party tonight.  :)  We are having a pool party and our backyard was in serious need of some TLC.   And I rarely feel full at almost 6 weeks out.  I don't want to eat.. especially in this HEAT.

You will never feel full off liquids... think of your pouch like a funnel... pour water in it - what happens? Now pour a sandwich in it - what happens? Anything light/liquidy moves right thou so you will not get that full feeling you will off regular food. Also keep in mind it can take around up to 6 months for you to really truely feel full. When you move to solids you will pretty much either be ok - or have eaten too much to quick and have horrible pressure in your chest. It takes time for you to learn how your new body works and it also takes time for your nerves to heal and brain to figure out what the heck is going on. As for hunger... everybody responds different - I am over 1 year out and rarely feel hungry... I will get hungry when I wait to long to eat or if I dont eat enough at a meal (i.e. if I dont eat enough for dinner I wake up in the morning super hungry). Ive also noticed hormones effect my hunger (I am on lo-dose birth control) and now know what to expect when it comes to that. I am keeping my fingers crossed that my hunger wont change.
