Walk From Obesity

Hey everyone  - not sure if you have heard but Presbyterian Bariatrics Center and Southeast Bariatrrics are hosting the Charlotte Walk From Obesity. We would love to have you join us if you are in the area, even if you aren't come to Charlotte and walk w/ all us crazy people. haha

Go to www.walkfromobesity.com and join a walk. Of course we want you to join the Charlotte walk just sign up and walk somewhere. We have a great group of people already signed up and our money/donations are just rolling in. It is raising money for the ASBS (American Soceity of Bariatric Surgeons) which does research, studies and such probably all of your surgeons are members. :) So get out and help the fight from obesity!!!!!!  Please email [email protected] if you have any questions or if you can help out the day of the walk or have something to donate. We want to make this huge!!!!!

Hi,         I've let the NC forum know about it.  And I thank you for posting it again.  I talked to Annie Lee, the head person and she said that this will be Charlottes first "Walk from Obesity".  And that she has a huge need for walkers.  We will meet on the front lawn of Presbyterian Hospital, that is 200 Hawhorne Lane.  Registrationstart time will be 7 am. and walk start time will be at 8 am.  There will be two route options 1.2 miles and 3.1 miles. Go to the website ladies, join and lets show them that we are all walking from obesity!!!!!!!!!!  She's right, we want to make this huge!!!!!!!!
