Congratulations on your successes ... all 39 of them!
I'm so sorry to hear that you had difficulties, but I'm glad to hear that you are on the mend. Have you considered seeing about going back to work on a "part time" basis? That might help give you the time your body needs to recover w/out driving you crazy from boredom and allow your employer the benefit of your time and expertise.
Just a thought.
