Checked off the list: Increase my self-esteem, no more knee and back pain, Walk without getting winded, Cross my legs,  Break-up with Lane Bryant & all plus size stores that never had styles I liked anyway, Lower Blood Pressure, 'relations' improvement, Not having to unbutton my pants after eating, Not being embarrassed about how much I eat & what I eat or the fact that I eat!,  Not hating myself when I accidently look in a mirror, tying my shoes, painting my toenails, cute bras and panties, Not worry about fitting in a booth, Exercise without feeling I'm going to have a heart attack. Love life and have hope.

Looking forward to: The next pound lost. Being a inspiration to others suffering with obesity. Learning more & more about nutrition & tips from other post-ops. Providing and receiving more encouragement. Making new friends on OH and in my support group. Hearing compliments.  **MAYBE** committing to train for running a marathon so I can join my sister. Continuing to commit to making healthy choices everyday. Reaching goal.  Loving life and having hope.

Anything additional you are looking for from this online community?

I cannot imagine how I would have done this without OH. I have learned so much, much of it I didn't even know to ask about. I come here for motivation, knowledge and to be understood.

If there is anything additional I'm looking for it's my own fault for not finding it because so far it's always been here!

PS: Thanks for this Candice and all who've responded. We're such good loosers!
