Hello everyone.  Just wanted to pop in and let everyone know that Denny's procedure went well yesterday and he was released from the hospital last night around 6:30.  We got the results back from his final scan which showed that the cancer is only in his colon and one spot on his liver so PRAISE GOD FOR THAT!!!!!!  Now we know exactly what we are fighting and he is scheduled for his first consult and chemo treatment for the week of Aug. 27th.   I had such a feeling of peace and calmness come over me yesterday morning when we got those results back and I actually heard a voice say twice to me ~ "He will be fine".  It gave me cold chills because I was in my bedroom by myself crying from relief when this happened.  So now I am not worried about his outcome because I know everything is already written and taken care of ~ we just have to travel this bumpy road to get there. Thank you all again for your continued prayers, love, and support.  You guys mean so much to us and we can never thank you enough for all you do.  We can honestly feel all the prayers being sent up for us.  Please continue to remember us and I am going to try to catch up on all the posts I've missed this past week real soon! Love to you all, Donna & Denny

Donna,      That is great news about Denny. I know these next couple of months will be tough but you have a remarkable faith that will see you and the family through all of this. I am glad you have a peaceful feeling. That is quite reassuring at this time.  Where will denny be doing his treatment and surgery?  Keep the faith and be strong! We are all here rooting for you guys as you fight the fight! Lisa
