Should I or shouldn't I...

I weigh every day except when on vacation and I have been tempted to bring my scale, but decided that would overkill.  Bed Bath and beyond has the home version of the tanita scale that Dr. Mitchell uses. They actually have 3 home version at a variety of prices. I choose the middle $ scale. In addition to weight it tells me % body water and % fat. The % numbers don't quite match up to the professional version, but it helps keep me on track as far as body water.  It works for me to weigh eveyday. I'm 18 months out.  Weighing daily and the support group help keep me focused. I have a co-worker who also had the surgery and she only weighs on Sunday. That works for her. Choose

Hey!  I don't know how you are with a scale, but I feel I am doing better now that I have one.  I weigh myself once a week.  That is hard.  At first I was weighing several times a day and I don't think that is good.  hahahaha.  But, everytime I weigh, I see a smaller #, it makes me want to try harder and excercise more.  I know after my surgery, I will be crazy on that scale. hahaha  Take care!
