How do we loose the extra weight?

This is a very unlady like topic for me to ask but I am courious.

I am going to the bathroom at least 4-5 times a day and I am wondering is this how the weight comes off?

I had hear years ago if your waste floats this means fat is coming off has anyone else heard this?

Please forgive me fo asking such bold questions.

LOL, I love you Annie!  I am sure that is one of the ways the weight comes off!  Who cares?  As long as it hits the road!  Sounds like you are doing great!

Funny enough.. I hardly ever go to the bathroom.  So.. I would say that this is not the way you take off the weight.  LOL

I my goodness Annie ... You are a hoot!

I honestly think that you literally "burn" off the fat. It's a question I'd ask your nut. I'll bet they can answer it for you ... Instead of my guesses.

I hope that you are having a great day!

Annie - When Dr. Oz was on Oprah one time, they were talking about POOP. Dr. Oz said that if your POOP floats that means you've eaten something that has a lot of fat in it.

Thanks for the input on this embarrasing subject.

My mother would have a fit if she knew I posted something like this but then again she lives in a bubble and I dont and I deal with real life situations.

Have a great weekend everyone Lee and I have put our trip to sound off till the weather gets a little cooler.

Annie, I understand your question, as I have thought the same thing.  No, the fat floating in your bowl is not the fat from your thighs.  That is actually coming from something you are eating.  I had a lot of "floaty" stuff when I was drinking mostly protein shakes. I read somewhere (maybe Dr. Phil's book) that your weight is actually shed at night as you sleep in the form of Carbon Dioxide!  It makes sense, as on Monday morning I will weigh 1 lb less than on Sunday morning.  Cool, huh? Thanks for th input Lori this is very intresting.

I am back to wearing my mask at night and there is a part on it to allow the carbon dioxide to leave the mask as you sleep.

I can now sleep on my side again and getting a great nights sleep.

Off to go shopping at Wal Mart with lee this morning this girl loves to shop LOL.
