Monroe support group

A big thanks to all you at the monroe support group last night. The yoga class was a relaxing experience. This was my first visit to a support group since surgery and I really enjoyed meeting all of you.Even though I have a lap band and apparently most of you have RNY, you all made me feel very welcome. I really really enjoyed the support group last night.  I cannot wait until next month!

Bob and I were glad we decided to come and ask questions.  Oddly enough, I think we have both changed our minds about the type of surgery we are going to do - I was originally thinking lap band, but now I am thinking RNY.   We are going to the seminar held on the 4th Wednesday for more information and then Bob is going to have his first, I have to wait until January when my "busy season" is over with my company.
