Stalled again

Ellen dear,

Since we had surgery the same day, I am pleased to let you know that I have also stalled.  It is normal they say.  I don't know.  I have only lost 4 lbs in the last 3 weeks.  However, as long as the scale is not going up, I refuse to stress about it.  I am swimming in my clothes and don't want to buy anymore until I am down further.   I do feel the composition of my body changing... like loser and jiggles more... I don't like that and am making a more serious effort at the gym.  I am so sorry to hear your husband moved out.  You are such a lovely person as are your sons.  Maybe he has a brain disorder to leave such a wonderful family.  Someday he will realize it and want to come home.  I know your faith is strong and you are a good Christian woman.  He's blessed to have you!

Thanks for the nice thoughts Diane.  I hope that after he's on his own for a bit, he'll recognize that as well.  I am thankful to know there are others that are stalling at the same time as me, it makes it a little easier to relax about it.  Here's hoping we both break through soon Take care. ah, i didn't realize you were having spousal issues. good thoughts for you. one way or the other, it'll work out. i hope it goes the way you want it to. (just like the scale!)
