Hi Ellen!  I am sorry that you are stalled.  The weight loss will start up again.  I can see that you have lost alot.  I am happy for you.  Hang in there Ellen.  You are doing great.  I hope to see you again soon.

Thanks Stacy.  I have lost a lot, and sometimes when you're in a stall you forget that.  You'll have to give me a holler if you're up my way.  Things are a whole lot busier right now than they were earlier, but I'll do what I can.  My phone number has changed though, email me if you want it. Take care. Ellen

Thanks Darcie.  Getting going is proving to be the challenge.  I had a doctor tell me once that nothing derails weight loss surgery like a spouse leaving.  I knew it was a possibility then, but felt it was my only option to get healthy.  I see now what he means.  I haven't been depressed since surgery until about a week ago.  I am having a difficult time getting myself to do the "intentional exercise" that Aurora mentioned in a previous post.  It is getting better though.    God willing, I plan to go to the gym today. Take care. Ellen

Hang In There  you'll break through.  Unfortunately stress can do funny things to us.  Get a mani and a pedi to relieve some of that stress it works for me.

Stress sucks!  Everyone keeps telling me to take care of myself.  I've been keeping busy and that has helped.  In the past I would have just sat on the couch and stared at the wall for a month, but I can't do that now.  I do start work tomorrow, that will help me get my rear in gear too. Take care. Ellen

Thanks Myrtis.  God has blessed me with some great friends and they've been so good to me.  The support here has been phenomenal as well.  I appreciate all of you taking time to encourage me.  I have needed it very much the last few weeks. Take care. Ellen

Hang in there, Girl!  This too shall pass, maybe just not as quickly as your would like.  You have done great and know what to do if this stall persists.  Stress is a total bummer but unavoidable.   Do what's right for you and the pounds will follow that man right out the door!  Alane

Yup, I tried to avoid this particular stress for several years.  In a way, I feel a little more released now to focus on me.  That's what I'm trying to do.  Take care. Ellen
