Chest x-ray

This past week I have had trouble breathing and coughing constantly when I breathe deep.  I was thinking maybe it was a side effect of the anesthesia trying to exit my body still, but I just was getting paranoid. So, Off I go to Dr. and he x-rays me. The tech comes out of the room with a baffled look on her face and says "um, did you swallow something very huge??"  After a moment it dawned on me, she was seeing my port and had no idea what the foreign object in me was!  I semi-educated her and I still don't think she gets it.  As for the visit, BP very good, still have a LOT of air in my stomach, I get to change my ticker, and there are no signs of anything explainable, but he still put me on biaxin and gave me a potent cough syrup, which, I am sure is 99% sugar, lol. Anyway, That's my laugh of the day. nancy
