Loved the Raleigh Get Together!

It was a joy meeting everyone this morning and I look forward to seeing you all next month!

Sarah, I so enjoyed meeting you too!  It was great fun.  I am thinking about a restaurant with a private dining room.  I know of one in Sanford called the Southwest Grill.  The food and service are great, but I don't know what is centrally located for all of us?  I wonder how many folks would be willing to travel to Sanford?  Is it closer?  It actually is closer for me by a few miles.  Where does everyone live and does anyone have any other suggestions?

I had a fantastic time today and even The Driver did too. I am so glad to have seen some old faces and new ones. Now about the surgery glow LOL that is funny Sarah I wonder if it was my make up to cover up this skin thing on on my face I get my cheeks get really red sometimes and even bluish makes me crazy. I would be willing to come to Sanford if that is a good location for everyone. I do know there is a nice Golden Coral off hwy 55 but there again we need to decide on a middle location which everyone can get too easily even with a laptop and GPS stuck on the window LOL. ellen I cant thank you enugh for the clothes I went home and cleared out a special spot on our closet for them and even wore one of the cotton sweaters last night. Lee thinks we live in a meat locker at home even though he works in one at work I have tried to come to an agreement on a normal tempature at home. I will be going for my first post op appointment tommorrow I am hoping for the best.                                                      Annie

You are right it is so much fun getting to know folks ftf.  I was so impressed with your sons!  You have done a wonderful job raising them.  They were so polite, courteous and a joy to have brunch with!  You must be so very proud of them!  I am praying that next meeting we will not have to break up into groups.  If we can find a location that centrally located for all of us and has a private dining room (and good food and service) we could have alot more fun and share a lot more.  Again, I so enjoyed meeting you and look forward to seeing you again.

It was wonderful to see you again. I had to do a double-take when you were walking toward our tables.  You look fantastic!

I really enjoyed meeting Lauri and Jacob. And it was great to see everyone else again. BTW ... Candice, you were missed ... hoping to see you at the next support group meeting.

P.S. Ellen ... I know I told you this before, but I was impressed with the maturity and grace that your sons have. A true testament to your parenting and the wonderful young men they are becoming. I know you are so very proud of them.
