Suzanne update??????

Anyone know how Suzanne is?  I assume she's still admitted since she's not posting yet, know she's kicking herself for not bringing that laptop!  Sure hope she's recovering from "everything". Nancy

Just talked to her- the fever has been determined to be from the massive doses of antibiotics prescribed to cover for the possible leak. She is still NPO ( 3 weeks without food....), has a swallow study scheduled for tomorrow and her surgeon, Dr Harris will hopefully return from vacation on Mon. Her son is flying in late this evening- staying through at least the weekend. She had hoped to be home and asked him to come. Looks like she will probably  be in the hospital until the beginning of the week. She's still fighting though- asking tough questions and being her own best advocate! Sheila

I have just tried to call Suzanne again but no answer If anyone talks to her please let her know I am thinking about her. I hate she is having all this trouble.                                                            Annie
