I have a tentative date!

Well, my surgery has been scheduled for Wednesday, September 26 with Dr. Chapman.  I called and got a case number and my case manager.  Dr. C's office wasn't too thrilled I did this but Empire BCBS said it makes the documenting of my records easier and I have someone at BCBS I can call.   I am just more of a proactive person and told the person at Dr. C's office that it just helped to get the ball rolling (especially since they had not sent it up now after 2 weeks - I didn't tell them that part ).

Congratulations!  It's exciting when things start happening!!!  See you on the loosers bench!

You have to stay on top of things yourself. I have learned the hard way that you can't rely on the ones whose job it is to always do their job. Good for you! Mare
