Next step....

Well, the results came back from my sleep study...moderate sleep apnea.  Janell (Dr.Morans nurse) said he's in surgery today and hasn't seen the results yet and wouldn't be able to look at them until Fri. She said she wanted to know how Dr M wanted to handle things...submit the new info for review or need to appeal? It would be nice if we could just submit the new findings...BP/cholesterol/apnea. Sure would be nice to get away without witting the appeal letter! Does anyone have an appeal letter they feel comfortable sharing? PM me if you do , I'd love to see some examples of what helped you get approved. Thanks!

Congratulation on you findings. Now you have a co-morbidities to add to your file. Sorry I don't have  appeal form. I do think I saw something in the other forums list, like Ins. help, ect. You may look there. Keep us poster. Maureen

Thanks Sheila but your giving me much more credit than I deserve....I can cut and paste with the best of them! When it come to all of the computer "mumbo jumbo" I call in the troops (hubby & kids)!  LOL I am soooo looking forward to the Oct. beach trip! Thanks for the links with the rental places, I need to go ahead and pick something out to reserve before it's to late. Shhh.....I hear the waves calling me! LOL

It seems a bit paradoxical to say congratulations on finding out you have sleep apnea.. but CONGRATULATIONS!  Hopefully this will get you along the way!  :)
